The approach we take is very flexible and bespoke for all of our clients. We don’t try to impose an approach on you, we will work to your requirements and specification. We will advise on the best way to do things but at the end of the day, you are the client and we will work to what you need.
Our work does not begin or end with bidding; at the front end we also support clients with business development strategies and horizon scanning. Post-bid we support clients with contract negotiations and service mobilisations.
To minimise our impact on the environment, we often work remotely, utilising teleconferences, skype and WhatsApp to keep in touch with clients and our associates. We will though travel to meet clients and even be based on-site for a project if they require. Our remote working preference does though keep our costs low and prices very competitive.
